Shipping Policy – Planet Kidz

At Planet Kidz, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for every order. Please review the shipping details outlined below:

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India.
(International shipping will be introduced soon.)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sale periods, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.

  • A nominal fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹699.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/email. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.

Packaging

We use secure, tamper-evident, and eco-conscious packaging to ensure product safety and hygiene throughout transit.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we plan to expand soon!

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. Estimated dispatch timelines for pre-order items are mentioned on the product page.

Delays or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed or there are any issues with delivery, please reach out to our support team at customercare@planetkidz.shop or WhatsApp us at +91-9054112464 with your Order ID. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-attempts will be made as per courier policy.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately due to availability or packaging requirements. No additional shipping charges will apply.
